Mr. Patricio Rivera

Holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the  Catholic University.  He graduated Cum Laudem as a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the National Polytechnic School both in his native Ecuador. He completed the executive program form the Anderson School of Management at the University of Californian Los Angles (UCLA). 
  
Mr. Rivera’s professional career in oil and gas projects spans for more than 25 years.  Prior to his current assignment, he served as Director of Major Projects QHSE in Libya and Abu Dhabi; he was the HSE & Security Manager for Occidental of  Elk Hills, USA and previously he served as Worldwide Environmental Manager for Occidental Oil and Gas Corporation.  He was also the HSE & Security Manager for Occidental of Ecuador.  He worked as a Project Engineer for the  “National Pre-investment Fund”  earlier in his career. 

Mr. Rivera is a  member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Society of Safety Engineers. He is a Licensed Civil Engineer.
