Health and Safety Digital Transformation Program
HSE introduced the Maximo Incident Management system that permanently replaced the paper based HSE-012-001 Incident Report Form. The implementation of the new system had improved the process of reporting incidents, conducting investigations, completing incident corrective actions and conducting efficient incidents trend analysis, thereby ensuring a safer working environment.
Field Development Achievements
Maudud GI
Achieved the highest VRR in Tatweer’s history - 0.94
Drilled the longest horizontal well in Bahrain field in the Ahmadi resevoir. The well unlocked a siginificant potential to expand the oil reserves portfolio in the Ahmadi zone
Produced 41.5 MMBO with insignificant increase in field’s production decline rate
Concluded the Thermal EOR piloting in the Rubble Reservoir and started the first phase of Full Field Thermal Development
Reduced Gas Falring from 24.5 to ~ less than 3 MMSCFD
Initiated the largest Proppant Fraxturing campagin in Tatweer’s history in the shallow zonws and produced 2 MMBO in two years
Increased the mean time between failure from 512 days in 2020 to 671 in 2022
Commenced Mauddud Tight Spacing (MTS) infill drilling program, Phase 1 completed and reached total production recovery of 10 MMBO in 2022 with capital recovery exceeds 100%
Fulfilled our Gas Supply obligations with No major complaints
Revived the Pre- Unayza Gas Reservoirs Development – Which could potentially increase the Gas Reserves in Bahrain Field
