Subject: Important Notice Launch of the Unified Bapco Energies Supplier Portal Transition to a New Unified Supplier Portal

Dear Valued Supplier,

We would like to inform you that Bapco Energies (BE), Bapco Refining (BR), Bapco Upstream (BU), Bapco Gas (BG), and Bapco Tazweed (BT) will soon be operating under a single, unified Supplier Portal on Oracle Fusion as part of our group-wide transformation initiative.

Key Dates and transition details:

  • January 23, 2026: The new Supplier Portal will go live.
  • December 1, 2025 – January 22, 2026: Supplier Profile updates will be disabled until the new portal is launched.
  • January 1 to February 28, 2026: The legacy system will be available in Read-only mode for all purchasing and invoice transactions in legacy supplier portal, from 01-Jan-2026 onwards. However, if there are any Open RFQ’s where any supplier is invited to participate, he can continue his participation in RFQs by supplier quotation in supplier portal till 28-Feb-2026.
  • January 1 – January 22, 2026 (Blackout Period):
    • This is a blackout period for processing any Purchasing and Financial transactions (expect participation in already open RFQs).
    • Purchasing transactions in the legacy system will be unavailable till go-live.
    • Invoice submission and payment processing will be suspended during this time.
  • The Supplier Portal Onboarding Pack, including login credentials and user guidance, will be shared with you in due course.

Important Notice Regarding Deliveries:

To ensure seamless operations during the transition period, we kindly request that all goods associated with purchase orders that have promised delivery dates falling within the backout period (January 1-22, 2026) be expedited and delivered by December 2025, along with the corresponding invoice submissions.
