IN ADDITION TO CORE ACTIVITIES OF
CARRYING OUT TURNAROUND AND INSPECTIONS (T&I), PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PMS)
JOBS, AND CORRECTIVE WORK ORDERS, THE FIELD MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO INVOLVED IN THE COMMISSIONING OF VARIOUS NEW FACILITIES.
  In addition to core activities of carrying out Turnaround and Inspections (T&I), Preventative Maintenance (PMs) jobs, and corrective work orders, the Field Maintenance department was also involved in the commissioning of various new facilities.
Highlights 2022:
 Successfully completing all planned major maintenance shutdowns with a total of 125,264 man-hours for turnarounds.
 Three (3) GDU fire tubes installed with expansion bellows as per Engineering Service Request (ESR) recommendations.
 Twenty-two (22) Air Cooler T&I’s carried out at CS08/20 (AGEP) on both HP and LP Skids.
Solar power generated:
 Four (4) major overhauls on Gas Engine and Compressor at CS08/20 (HP 1 and HP 2 and LP 1 and LP 3).
 Major shutdown to WTP 02 and WTP 06, and common facilities vessels and coolers of CS08/20 gas compression facility.
 Six (06) major unplanned breakdowns attended, comprises of one (01) oil related facility and five (05) gas facilities.
 Three (3) production facilities mothballing/ preservation completed, which comprises of one (1) steam, one (1) oil and one (1) NAG facility.
 Supporting the production and drilling program by installing over fifty-seven (57) BPUs on oil well locations.
