Al-Rumamin, 5 September 2023 – Bapco Upstream W.L.L., a subsidiary of Bapco Energies B.S.C. (Closed), held its Board of Directors meeting for the third quarter of this year. Eng. Mr. Faisal Mohamed Al Mahroos, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting at the Company’s headquarters located in Al-Rumamin.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, Eng. Mr. Al Mahroos conveyed sincere gratitude and appreciation for the unwavering support and guidance of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of Bapco Energies, which contributes to the Company’s success and the national economy.
During the meeting, the Board reviewed the Company’s performance throughout the third quarter, including exploration projects, continuation of oil and gas production rates, and adherence to robust health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as cost rationalization.
